MECHANICAL OVERSPEED DETECTORS

When the critical speed is reached, a centrifugal system activates a mechanism that triggers and controls a valve or electrical system.
Depending on the type of detector, resetting is carried out automatically, manually or remotely by a motorised system.

The thousands of devices in service are used in a wide range of applications and have to withstand severe stresses. They have proven their reliability by equipping:

FILTER CLOGGING INDICATORS (ICF)

The device collects the upstream and downstream pressures of a filter and, by means of a piston fitted with a sealing system, indicates by magnetic transmission the evolution of the differential pressure. The reading is made by means of a ring light. Graduations are available on request. They provide an immediate view of the state of the filter and quantify the differential pressure. For the electrical and ADF versions, the indicators additionally give an alarm signal when the dangerous threshold is reached.

OVERSPEED SENSOR TEST BENCH

Conçu et développé pour tester toute notre gamme de détecteurs de survitesse, ce banc d’essais mobile permet également d’être au plus proche des besoins de nos clients mais aussi de la réalité du terrain toutes en s’adaptant aux contraintes liées à chaque type d’installation (hydraulique, nucléaire, industrielle…).

Test bench

At the request of our customers, we intervene on site to perform maintenance, verification of your installations, calibration of your overspeed detectors. The use of our test bench allows us to reproduce as accurately as possible the real operating conditions of your detectors on your installations (nominal speed, triggering speed, rise gradient…).
